Can I Get Business Funding is operated by AJV Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). We run a free business funding qualifier and connect interested business owners with third-party funding partners. We are not a lender.

When you use the qualifier or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact details: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
• Qualifier answers: time in business, monthly revenue range, self-described credit range, funding amount range, and intended use of funds.
• Consent record: which contact methods you checked (call, text, email), the disclosure text shown to you, and the date and time you submitted.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, and the page URL where you submitted.
• Usage data: anonymous, aggregated analytics about how visitors use the site.

• To show you funding paths that may fit your answers.
• To contact you about business funding options, only by the methods you consented to.
• To share your information with funding partners, as described below.
• To keep a record of your consent and to comply with legal obligations.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

If you submit the qualifier, we may share your contact details and answers with third-party funding partners so they can contact you about funding options using the methods you checked. Partners have their own privacy policies and are responsible for how they handle your information once received.

We do not sell your information to data brokers. We do not share your information with partners for purposes unrelated to business funding.

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, and analytics. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

We or our partners will only call, text, or email you if you checked the matching box. Message and data rates may apply for texts. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, telling the caller, or contacting us directly.

We do not pull your credit. If you choose to apply with a funding partner, that partner may review your credit under its own policies and with your permission.

We keep lead and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your contact consent, by emailing avelazquez@ajvv.org with the subject line "Data request". Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

This site is intended for adults and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
